Craig has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 13 years with TWA. He has focused the past 12 years on business aviation and has extensive knowledge in aircraft management and charter environments. Craig specializes in strategic business planning, organizational development, performance and quality programs, aircraft management, aircraft acquisition, change management, and customer service training. Craig is married to the love of his life, Annie. Together, they have four grown sons. Craig enjoys riding his horse, Sky, on remote Sierra Foothills trails or rowing his racing scull on Folsom Lake.
